Gleeson Land are developing proposals for a new residential development on land off Stockwood Lane, Inkberrow for circa 215 open market and affordable new homes, creation of approximately 6.5ha of open space to include play areas, 10% net gain in Biodiversity, public right of way enhancements, and associated Sustainable Urban Drainage (SUDs) infrastructure.

Contributions toward local infrastructure will be made to ensure the development does not have an adverse impact on the village. This will include improvements to Stockwood Lane as part of the proposed access to the development. We would welcome suggestions from residents as to what benefits they would like to see delivered as part of the development.
